Hello Kitty Online Founders’ Beta

On October 8, 2008, a limited number of privileged people will take part in the Founders’ Beta for Hello Kitty Online. They will be known as Founders, and you could be one of them! To reward the loyalty of our users, we are granting SanrioTown members priority to join the Founders’ Beta. You now have the chance to play Hello Kitty Online as a Founder ahead of launch, which will earn you permanent status and benefits that you can carry over to the final version of the game. You will also participate in special in-game events… and let’s just say we have something very big planned!

Becoming a Founder and joining the Founders’ Beta is simple and free, just follow these instructions:

1. Log in to your SanrioTown.com account
2. From the SanrioTown account, send a BLANK email to hkofounder@hellokitty.com
3. You will receive a confirmation email saying that your message has been received. In a couple of weeks, we will notify you of your Founder status and send you instructions on how to download the game. The fun starts on October 8!

That’s it! This is a one-time only opportunity, so please hurry. This is the only way to become a Founder of Hello Kitty Online. We are handing out Founder accounts on a first-come first-served basis and demand has been very high. But don’t worry: existing SanrioTown users will be given priority.

What is the Founders’ Beta?
Hello Kitty Online Founders’ Beta boasts several new additions and improvements since the Closed Beta version that made its debut in the first half of 2008. The Founder’s Beta will feature a new game client with an improved interface, improved graphics and special effects, new monsters, new maps, new items, and the opening of London and Paris. The Founders’ Beta will also introduce gameplay changes such an improved skill system, new pet systems and team-play oriented enhancements. Anyone who participates in the Founders’ Beta will receive special benefits on both Hello Kitty Online and SanrioTown.

Hello Kitty Online is a free-to-play Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG) based on Sanrio’s famous characters. The game transports players into the cute and cuddly world of Sanrio Land, where players will meet and interact with over a hundred Sanrio characters, including Hello Kitty, Badtz-Maru, Keroppi, Dear Daniel, My Melody, Pochacco, Cinnamoroll, and many others.
